Étoile Vielse (エトワールウィエルズ Etowaaruwieruzu?) is a Water-elemental altered magic arte exclusive to Rutee Katrea in Tales of the Rays.
Arte Description and History[]
Rutee conjures ripples of water beneath her opponent that covers a large area as a geyser in the middle shoots the enemy into the air. The ripples then turn into a clockwise-spinning wall of water that shrinks shortly after, adding more pressure to the geyser. As it disperses, any party members under the spray have their HP recovered. Étoile Vielse is the master arte to Rutee's Étoile Refrain, replacing that arte when used either as the sixth or later action in a chain or during Burst Limits.
Étoile is a word of French origin and means "the leading ballet dancer in a company".
