Artin (Ａ＝Ｉｋ｛λ∈Λ｝「アルティン」, Arutin^?) is an altered strike arte exclusive to Rita Mordio in the PlayStation 3 and Definitive Edition versions of Tales of Vesperia.

Arte Description and History

Rita grabs her target with her weapon and then sends a helix of energy into it. The energy explodes and sends her target upward. It is derived from Ideal with the Hell Fire skill and resembles it save for the direction in which it sends the enemy flying.

Its name is likely derived form Emil Artin, an Austrian mathematician.
