The Maritime City Belcagne (海上都市ベルカーニ?) is a location exclusive to Tales of Eternia: The Animation. It is the main capital of Belca Island (べルカ島?), and the primary setting throughout the entire series.
History[]
After the Aurora War, a handful of Celestian soldiers were left on Inferia, unable to return to Celestia. Eventually, these Celestials were forced to occupy the archipelago for generations.
By the present day, the archipelago has developed enough to be independent without need of trade with other cities.
