Bloom Rain (ブルームレイン Buruumurein?) is a strike arte exclusive to Kana from Tales of Link.
Arte Description and History[]
In Tales of the Rays, this is Kana's Water-elemental reward mirrage arte. Kana spins in a circle once before raising her sword into the air, causing rain to pour down, grass to grow quickly, and the enemy to be attacked by a rainbow flash.
