Burst Regen (バースト・レーゲン Baasuto Reegen?) is part of the Fusionic Force Climate spells exclusive to Annie Barrs from Tales of Rebirth.
Arte Description and History[]
When executed, Annie summons a murky shower of rain that increases the RG of all enemies within range by roughly 25 points. Burst Regen is of the Earth element, and, in order to use the arte, Annie must have 120 SP for Power Kraft and 50 SP for Resist Wille. Regen is a German word that translates to "rain", which directly correlates with the arte's appearance.
