Butler Bomber

Butler Bomber (メニアルボンバー, Meniarubonbaa^?, "Menial Bomber") is a mystic arte exclusive to Frederic Barnes in Tales of Graces.

Arte Description and History[]

When the arte is used, Frederic swings his cane clockwise slowly while generating a green aura in the Wii version or a red aura in the PlayStation 3 version until it is positioned horizontally, then lunges forward. At the same time, behind the enemy he has targeted, Aston Lhant appears and mimics his actions with a sword, and the two strike the enemy by their neck, dealing lethal damage. In Tales of Graces ƒ, the scene freezes three times before the lethal hit. As Frederic slows down, the kanji for "Futari" (二人^?, "Two People") appears momentarily on his back. The ending is a parody of Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu from Street Fighter, as Shun Goku Satsu ends with the kanji for "Ten" (天^?) appearing on Akuma's back, and "Ten" is visually similar to "Futari" written vertically.
