Cat Teaser (ネコじゃらし Neko Jarashi?) is a special burst arte and weapon used by Estelle in Tales of Vesperia.
Arte Description and History[]
Estelle can use this arte if she is equipped with the Cat Teaser weapon and the player presses the Attack and Artes buttons while she is in Over Limit. She kneels for as long as the Attack button is held down and waves the cat teaser around to damage anything nearby. The player can move the left control stick to move the cat teaser. This arte is unnamed within the game itself; supplementary materials such as official guides name it as such, and its name matches the weapon required for its use.
The Cat Teaser, also localized as Foxtail, is also a recurring joke weapon, though sometimes written entirely in hiragana as Neko Jarashi (ねこじゃらし?).
