Charge Wind as it appears in Tales of Rebirth.
Charge Wind (チャージ・ヴィント Chaaji Vinto?) is a Force Ritual signature to Annie Barrs from Tales of Rebirth.
Arte Description and History[]
When executed, Annie calls upon a green, ghost-like glyph above her, leaving a large ring that increases the FG recovery rate for all allies within range. In Tales of Rebirth, the arte is of the Wind element and cures the Weak status ailment. In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 and Radiant Mythology 3, both of which lack the FG system, the arte instead recovers 10% of max TP, as well as cures all physical ailments, for all allies within range.
In Tales of the Rays, it is a strike arte that increases the CC recovery speed of all nearby allies, translating its original effect into this game's battle system. It also lays down the circle that passively heals all allies within it. At a higher enhancement level, the arte also gains the ability to attack enemies and inflict Fatigue, as Fatigue is associated with the Wind element in Tales of the Rays. If it is used while standing still or moving, it alters into Heal Regen.
Most of Annie's artes follow a German naming system. The wind part of the arte's name adheres to this pattern despite it also being spelled the same way in English.
