Wheeling Raven (旋風鴉 Tsumujigarasu?, "Whirlwind Raven"), also localized as Crow, is a recurring Wind-elemental strike arte in Tales series.
Arte Description and History[]
In Tales of Hearts, Wheeling Raven shows Hisui Hearts leaping into the air and firing a bolt downward from his dual crossbows, the bolt conjuring a green whirlwind upon contact with the enemy that rises it into the air.
In Tales of Graces, Crow involves Kurt Bessel jumping into the air while surrounded by a whirlwind before slamming his gun spears into the ground.
