Cyclone as it appears in Tales of Phantasia (iOS).
Cyclone (サイクロン Saikuron?) is an advanced-tier spell in the Tales series. In most of its appearances, it is one of the most powerful Wind spells obtainable.
Arte Description and History
Genis Sage learns this spell at Level 50 after having used Air Thrust at least 50 times. The spell involves a twelve-hit tornado of wind that gradually lifts the target higher with each hit, excluding "Heavy" foes. This spell has a massive effect radius, making it ideal for hitting multiple enemies. Forcystus is a notable user of this spell. Though Cyclone does not appear as an in-battle arte in Tales of Destiny 2, Igtenos Minarde uses Cyclone when he displays the power of his Swordian to eliminate a portion of the attacking forces at Dycroft.
