Eagle Shot as it appears in Tales of Phantasia (iOS).

Eagle Shot (鷲羽 Shuu'u / Washuu?, "Eagle Feather"[1]), also localized as Eagle Wing, is a ranged archery and javelin strike arte used primarily by Chester Burklight from Tales of Phantasia and Moses Sandor from Tales of Legendia.

Arte Description and History

When this arte is executed, the user jumps from the ground and shoots three green, energy-infused arrows down toward the enemy that all inflict Wind-elemental damage. Before meeting with the ground, the arrows change direction, curving upward and lifting the enemy into the air. In Tales of Legendia, the arte animation adds the aura of a golden eagle as it shoots downward. In the English version of Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology, Eagle Shot's localization is swapped with Sonic Bash. In Tales of the Rays, Moses's version is Wind-elemental, can be enhanced to be used in midair, and can alter into Kaishin when executed while in the air.
