Earth Revolution

Earth Revolution (アーステッパー, Aasuteppaa^?, "Earth Tapper") is a mystic arte related to Earth-elemental spiritual beings in the Tales series.

Arte Description and History

Earth Revolution began as the mystic arte extension to Grand Cataclysm in Tales of Destiny 2. It summons the Spirit of Earth, Gnome, to bury their enemies in a rain of stalactites while stampeding through them. In this form, it is similar to the Gnome arte. Earth Revolution is then used by Sorey and Rose while they undergo armatization with Edna, a seraph associated with the Earth element. The user rides one of the gauntlets the Armatus provides, charging it with earth energy as they go. They then make a ninety-degree angle to essentially uppercut their target and disappear into the sky, ending with them falling like a meteor and punching the earth, cratering it.
