Eleventh Hour (土壇場 Dotanba / "Ditchi"?, "Earth Platform"/"Ditch") is an Earth-elemental martial arte exclusive to Eizen from Tales of Berseria.
Arte Description and History[]
Eizen leaps into the air, then smashes his right fist into the enemy, causing an earth burst upon impact with the ground. This arte can knock down the enemy and stun it, and is effective against crustaceans.
Eleventh Hour's animation and Japanese name are a reference to the Edo period's "Dotanbas" (土壇場?), which were dirt platforms where executions were performed. Its localization name instead derives from an alternate meaning of the original kanji, meaning the "eleventh hour"", an idiomatic term referring to the last possible time to act.
