Excia (エクスシア Ekusushia?) is the main antagonist in Tales of Eternia: The Animation. She is the ruler of the Maritime City Belcagne.
History
Excia is first seen in the palace, when she welcomes Maronne Buruqano and Reid Hershel, who have arrived to defeat an "ocean demon" that has been terrorizing the city. She allows the two to rest in her palace so they can prepare to kill the beast. After the deed had been done, Maronne arrives alone and takes a portion of the payment, leaving the rest for Reid who would arrive shorty after.
