Finite Devastation (崩昇襲撃 Houshoushuugeki?, "Crumbling Rising Descent") and Havoc Devastation (崩昇蹴撃 Houshoushuugeki?, "Crumbling Rising Kick") are upgraded versions of the Devastation arte, thus far exclusive to Presea Combatir from Tales of Symphonia and the Warrior class respectively.
Arte Description and History[]
Finite Devastation has Presea rotate her weapon forward once as she jump into the air and, then slam her weapon into the ground, before raising the weapon upward, dealing additional damage.
Havoc Devastation has the user perform Havoc Strike before swinging the weapon upward to knock the enemy backward. This variant's third kanji is changed to "Kick" (蹴 shuu?), to separate it from Finite Devastation, in which the third kanji is "Attack" (襲 shuu?).
In Tales of Symphonia, Finite Devastation is the Technical upgraded version of Devastation, its Strike counterpart being Mass Devastation.
