Gousen Bakusaida (豪旋爆砕打?, "Magnificent Rotation Exploding Smash Hit") is an arcane arte exclusive to Forest Ledoyen from Tales of the Tempest.
Arte Description and History[]
While still airborne, Forest performs a powerful downward smash with his axe, sending his opponent crashing into the ground and causing an explosion covering a large area. In Tales of the Tempest, this is an arcane arte extension that is activated by using Bakkairenbu and extending with Gessaida.
In Tales of the Rays, Forest starts by performing a strong downward smash against ground with his axe, with the impact launching the foe into the air. He then follows with a leap and an upward axe swing, further elevating his enemy, and then proceeds with a downward smash like Tales of the Tempest. This arte execution is similar to the arte chain seen in the its game of origins. Gousen Bakusaida is Earth- and Light-elemental and is the master arte to Forest's Bakkairenbu, replacing that arte when it is used as the sixth or later action in a chain.
