Heavenly Torrent (ライジングブラスト Raijinguburasto?, "Rising Blast") is a Water-elemental martial arte exclusive to Oscar Dragonia from Tales of Berseria.
Arte Description and History[]
Oscar swings his sword sending a pillar of water at his enemy. In Tales of Berseria this arte is also Wind-elemental and has a 7.8% chance of stunning the enemy. In Tales of the Rays, the water pillar is replaced by a water tornado that moves forward in a distance.
This arte is similar to Sorey's Heavenly Torrent when taken with Oscar's other artes, which may have influenced the choice of localization.
