Howling Dragon (ドラグーン・ハウリング Doraguun Hauringu?, "Dragoon Howling") is Eizen's second mystic arte from Tales of Berseria.
Arte Description and History[]
In Tales of Berseria, while in his "Draconic Drive" form, Eizen dives down from the skies and drags his enemy across the ground. After he stops, he strikes his enemy into the ground before releasing several waves of dark mana to further damage the enemy.

Dragoon Howling as it appears in Tales of the Rays.
In Tales of the Rays, this is his and Edna's Earth- and Dark-elemental crossover mirrage arte. Eizen releases a burst of dark chiral particles as he temporarily assumes draconic features. the power of the arte then causes him to keel over and the ground beneath him to shatter and falling into the void along with him. Edna then comes to his rescue while flying on her umbrella, offering her hand to her brother, which he accepts and she flies into the sky with Eizen as a smile appears on his face.
In Tales of Arise, localized as Dragon Howling, Eizen slams into the ground five times, each one releasing a wave of darkness, before releasing the burst of his power.
