Hurricane (ヘルズハリケーン, Heruzuharikeen^?, "Hell's Hurricane"), also localized as Hell's Hurricane, is a Lightning-elemental, martial-based arte primarily used by Bruiser Khang from Tales of Destiny.

Arte Description and History

Hurricane as it appears in Tales of Crestoria.

Khang charges at the enemy with a series of punches, moving forward as each blow is landed. In the PlayStation 2 remake of Tales of Destiny, this arte can be used in an aerial context, but its animation is changed to enable Khang to spin in place in the air, dealing a flurry of punches in a shorter period of time, making the execution of this arte much faster in the air. In Tales of the Rays, this arte is Wind-elemental. In Tales of Crestoria, this arte increases Khang's ATK by 10% for two turns.

In Tales of Luminaria, where it is localized as Hell's Hurricane, it is one of Falk's mystic artes. He swings both of his blades wrapped with electric wires over him several times, before performing a wide clockwise circular slash with both blades.
