Arte Description and History

Upon using this arte, the user pauses for a moment before executing multiple Wind-elemental slashes.

In both language files of Tales of Symphonia, there are unused voice clips of this arte used by Sheena Fujibayashi, localized as Blade Storm. However, she does not have access to this arte in any final version of the game.
