Ground Slam

Ground Slam (軽岩砕落撃, Keigan Sairakugeki^?, "Light Rock Crushing Drop Attack") is a hand-to-hand throwing arte mostly associated with Senel Coolidge from Tales of Legendia.

Arte Description and History

Ground Slam involves the user tossing the target into the air before they punch it diagonally forward into the ground. This arte allows the user to throw enemies of the "Feather" weight ranking into the ground after they have been knocked down with a previous attack. This is the initial throw that can be used by both Senel Coolidge and the Fighter class in their respective games, though it has the most limited range of possible enemies that can be affected by this attack.
