Kokuyousen (黒鷹旋?, "Black Falcon Rotation") is a Dark-elemental collaboration altered strike arte used by Rondoline E. Effenberg in Tales of the Rays.
Arte Description and History[]
Rondoline jumps into the air and fires a disc of dark energy that fly forward, then back, before popping. This arte is the master arte to Kagebarai, replacing that arte when it is used as the sixth or later action in a chain. This arte is derived from Nel Zelpher's Flying Guillotine special art in the Star Ocean series, as Rondoline obtains a Nel costume in the collaboration that introduced her version of the arte.
