Maniacal Fang (烈・魔神剣 Retsu Majinken?, "Raging Demon God Sword") is an upgraded version of the Fierce Demon Fang arte.
Arte Description and History[]
This arte was introduced in the PlayStation version of Tales of Destiny, where it is the most powerful arte of the Demon Fang family and used by Mary Argent. When this arte is used in the original game, Mary sends a red-colored projectile toward a target. Maniacal Fang's effect was changed in the PlayStation 2 version of Tales of Destiny. The user slashes forward to release a short-ranged wide shockwave. This version is used in all games released since, including by other characters. In Tales of the Rays, repeated use of Mary's Gou Majinken will alter that arte into Retsu Majinken.
