Mental Up (メンタルアップ Mentaruappu?), also localized as Spirit Up and Mind Up, is a recurring skill in Tales series.
Arte Description and History
When active, Mental Up enables a small chance to increase the affected character's max TP by a small amount. In Tales of Eternia, it increases affected character's max TP by 1 point upon leveling up. In Tales of Eternia Online, it is a magic arte that increases TP recovery rate for 30 seconds.
