Metal Body as it appears in Tales of the Rays.
Metalik (メタルボディ Metarubodi?, "Metal Body") is a supportive martial arte used by Bruiser Khang beginning with the PlayStation 2 version of Tales of Destiny.
Arte Description and History[]
Khang begins glowing with a silver metallic sheen that prevents him from staggering. In Tales of Destiny, it prevents stagger from physical attacks for a short while and inflicts Waste on him when the effect wears off. In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3, it prevents mystic arte activation during its duration. In Tales of the Rays, Metal Body is Earth-elemental and the master arte to Bruiser Khang's Muscle Posing, replacing that arte when it is used as the sixth or later action in a chain.
It is also a passive skill in Tales of Zestiria, activated when the same skill is stacked twelve times. It also prevents stagger, but only when the user's HP is above 70%.
