Arte Description and History
When executed, Annie calls upon a glowing, circled glyph with feathers above her, leaving a large ring that increases the magical attack power for all allies within range. In Tales of Rebirth, the arte also cures the "Paralysis" status ailment. In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 and Radiant Mythology 3, the arte instead also cures all magical ailments for any allies within range.
In Tales of the Rays, this arte's circle also restores HP over time to any party member who is inside it. At enhancement level 5, it can also inflict Paralysis on foes within the circle, as Paralysis is associated with the Light element and Mind Geist is Light-elemental in Rays. It also incidentally matches the status ailment it originally cured.
Geist is a German word that translates to "mind", providing the arte's name with a redundant translation.
