Mutsumi Inomata (いのまたむつみ Inomata Mutsumi?), born December 23, 1960 in Kanagawa Prefecture, is a Japanese illustrator and animator who is frequently involved with creating character artwork and designs for the Tales series.

Biography

An anime fan, Inomata began her career as an animator with Toei Animation soon after graduating from high school. In 1978, she began working for Ashi Productions, working as an animator, key animation director, and character designer on several televised anime series.
