Phoenix Rush

Phoenix Rush (鳳翼旋, Houyokusen^?, "Phoenix Wing Revolve") is a base arte used exclusively by Emil Castagnier's from Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World.

Arte Description and History

Emil lifts the enemy into the air with a jump and then slashes at them again while moving forward. While the skill "Ventus" is equipped, Emil will perform the same attack, albeit remaining stationary while cutting winds fly around him.
