Phoenix Rush (鳳翼旋 Houyokusen?, "Phoenix Wing Whirl") is a base arte used exclusively by Emil Castagnier's from Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World.
Arte Description and History[]
Emil lifts the enemy into the air with a jump and then slashes at them again while moving forward. While the skill Ventus is equipped, Emil will perform the same attack, albeit remaining stationary while cutting winds fly around him. In Tales of the Rays, this arte is Wind-elemental and reuses the same animations with the skill Ventus equipped.
