Power Hit (Weak Hit?) is a recurring battle gameplay concept in the Tales series. During battle it is styled as "POWER HIT!" (WEAK HIT!?)

Power Hit was first introduced in Tales of Graces where when an enemy is struck with all the attributes it is weak to the damage dealt to it increases further. Tales of Xillia 2 simplifies the process with requiring striking the enemy with only one elemental weakness to increase damage dealt to the target. Additionally, striking the enemy with a different element, even one that is not its weakness, will extend Power Hit time as well as its multiplier.
