Power Seal Pinion (散力翔符, Sanrikishoufu^?, "Diffusing Power Soaring Seal") is a Ninja base arte exclusive to Sheena Fujibayashi from Tales of Symphonia.

Arte Description and History

The arte simply has Sheena use one of her cards on the enemy. If the card hits the enemy, there is a chance to decrease its defense. While it is similar to its base arte Power Seal, this arte also throws a second card that can hit from a distance. It is a Technical master arte, making Power Seal Absolute its Strike counterpart.
