Rakuraisen (落雷閃?, "Thunderbolt Flash") is a Wind-elemental strike arte exclusive to Little Queen in Tales of the Rays.
Arte Description and History[]
Little Queen teleports above the enemy, then performs a drop kick that summons a lightning bolt strike upon the foot's contact with the foe, and she finishes the arte with a back-flip, distancing herself slightly away from her opponent.
