Red Hot Burning Strike as it appears in Tales of Arise.
Red Hot Burning Strike (灼熱のバーンストライク Shakunetsu no Baansutoraiku?, "Scorching Burn Strike") is a recurring arte derived from Burning Strike in the Tales series.
Arte Description and History[]
This arte's name is derived from Barbatos Goetia's Burning Strike in Tales of Destiny 2 as it is the quote for the said spell. It is used as an arte for one of his units in Tales of Asteria. In Tales of Festival 2010, an orb called the Barbatos Sphere contained Barbatos's personality within it. Whoever was possessed by it would use the Burn Strike arte.
In Tales of Arise, it is separated from Barbatos as a Boost Strike for Shionne Imeris and Law. Shionne tosses three Fire bullets, to which Law leaps up. He then spikes the bullets into the enemy with a kick, engulfing the enemy in a dart of flame. As a reference to the Boost Strike, it is a crossover mirrage arte for Shionne and Lailah in Tales of the Rays.
