Roaring Havoc (崩槌鐘 Houtsuishou?, "Crumble Hammer Bell") is a strike arte used by Mary Argent in the PlayStation 2 version of Tales of Destiny and Regal Bryant in Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World.
Arte Description and History
In the PlayStation 2 version of Tales of Destiny, Mary Argent impales her enemy with a thrust while her weapon crackles with energy before drawing back her weapon with a slash. Regal Bryant's version is a fierce kick while crackling with energy.
