Sacred Shine as it appears in Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World.
Sacred Shine (セイクリッドシャイン Seikuriddoshain?), also localized as Sacred Light, is a mystic arte first used by Raine Sage in the PlayStation 2 version of Tales of Symphonia.
Arte Description and History
Once activated, the user gathers the powers of light and concentrates it into one point before unleashing it as a powerful blast that affects the entire battlefield and damages all enemies. In Tales of the Tempest, Rubia Natwick has it as a regular spell, although it is upgraded to mystic arte status in various Crossover Titles in which she appears.
