Shining Storm (神風閃 Jinpuusen?, "Divine Air Flash") is a base arte in the Tales series, exclusive to Chloe Valens from Tales of Legendia.

Chloe's sword glows as she thrusts forward, then attacks with a barrage of slashes. In Tales of the Rays, this arte is Wind-elemental and alters to Shoubu Jinpuusen when used as the sixth or later action in a chain.
