Shining Storm Rising (昇舞神風閃 Shoubu Jinpuusen?, "Rising Dance Divine Air Flash") is a combination of Shining Storm and Eagle Rising exclusive to Chloe Valens from Tales of Legendia.
Arte Description and History[]
Chloe knocks her opponent into the air and then continues her assault when they land, her sword shining as she slashes. In Tales of the Rays, this arte is Wind-elemental and it is the master arte to Jinpuusen, replacing that arte when used as the sixth or later action in a chain.
