Stun Regen (スタン・レーゲン Sutan Reegen?) is part of the Fusionic Force Climate spells exclusive to Annie Barrs from Tales of Rebirth.
Arte Description and History[]
When executed, Annie summons a murky shower of rain that decreases the RG of all enemies within range by roughly 25 points. Stun Regen is of the Earth element, and, in order to use the arte, Annie must have 50 SP for Guard Wasser and 50 SP for Resist Wille. Regen is a German word that translates to "rain", which directly correlates with the arte's appearance.
