Swallow Rage as it appears in Tales of Xillia 2.
Swallow Rage (飛燕猛襲牙 Hien Moushuuga?, "Flying Swallow Fierce Assaulting Fang"), previously localized as Wailing Blast, is a recurring strike arte in the Tales series.
Arte Description and History[]
In Tales of Vesperia, Yuri Lowell performs a forward flip and slams his weapon into the ground, knocking his target into the air with a burst of energy as he does in Destruction Field. He then does a rising punch to meet his opponent and follows it with a kick before using a powerful slash that knocks his target forward while pushing himself back as he does in Wailing Havoc, as it is a combination of the two artes.
In Tales of Xillia 2, it is a linked arte in which Ludger Will Kresnik first slightly leaps into the air twirling his right-hand blade, then impales it into the ground, conjuring a burst of energy that launches the enemy into the air. Jude Mathis then follows with a rising right-fist punch and two clockwise spin-kicks, with Ludger finishing by leaping and delivering an upward slash with his right-hand blade.
