Does anyone know what Boccos's EN Burst Arte is called? It's definitely 崩襲撃, but I don't see anyone who's got the English name save for this, who has it under the name Havoc Blast. Can anyone confirm? I really don't want to break out my 360 and tromp over to Nordopolica atm. Lanate (talk) 20:14, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

Went and checked and yeah, it is. Lanate (talk) 14:12, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
Oh wait... DotNW came out after Vesperia... But Havoc Blast is more in line with recent "Houshuu" names... Erm...? Lanate (talk) 14:45, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
Seems that "Devastation" is more the recent name. Since, "Havoc Blast" shows after the "Devastation" trans, but then they kept it going with "Devastation" again.

Since DotNW uses Destruction, we must go with this name. I know that later games will end up retconning this again (see Twin/Double DF.), and I'm sure they went with the old names as fanservice for a fanservice game. But until a newer game is localized with the same arte translated differently, we have to go with the most recent names.

Believe me, I want to go back to Crescent Strike, Tempest Strike, Cerberus Strike, and so on. At least we can be happy that Punishing Beast did not revert back to "Beast". Lightning Tiger Blade is the bigger crime in localizations anyway.
