Tarot Frost (タロットフロスト Tarottofurosuto?) is a Water-elemental strike arte used by Hilda Rhambling in Tales of the Rays.
Arte Description and History[]
Hilda throws three tarot cards at her opponent with the final card causing a large ice explosion upon her foe. While the cards thrown at the enemy deal a low amount of damage, the ice explosion causes a significantly larger damage output.
