Thunder Bolt

Thunder Bolt (サンダーボルト, Sandaaboruto^?), also spelled as Thunderbolt, is a recurring Lightning-elemental arte in the Tales series.

Arte Description and History[]

In Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, the Wyvern Lord releases a breath of lightning starting straight down before swinging its head upward. It is capable of decreasing the target's casting speed temporarily.

In Tales of Luminaria, the user fires a sphere of electric mana that bursts upon impact. This iteration has a chance to inflict the Shock status effect.

In Tales of Luminaria: The Fateful Crossroad, Hugo Simon uses what appears to be Thunderbolt, albeit not naming it, during his first battle against Leo Fourcade in the Pilier's summit.
