Douke no Johnny 道化のジョニー	default title
Shiden-ie no Suekko シデン家の末っ子	after the events at Moreau Castle, talk to the man at the top of Moreau's middle house pick first choice
Fuuin Otoko 封印男	in the second part of the game, talk to the girl before the Sheeden Mansion pick first choice
Ototougakushi 哀闘楽士	equip Rutee Katrea with the Sunao na Onna no Ko (素直な女の子?) title go near right stairs of Moreau's center house
Royal Pierro ロイヤルピエロ	in the second part of the game, talk to Izado at Darilsheid's harbor
Onyuugakujin 音遊楽人	in the second part of the game, go near piano on second floor of Sheeden Mansion talk to Karyl's mother downstairs talk to boy at Harbor talk to man near boat in Moreau talk to old man at Terazzi's center area go to piano to find Sakuraba
Johnny-katsu ジョニカツ	obtain highest rank in Neuestadt's Arena's Taiko Drum minigame
Dash Pierro ダッシュピエロ	win race against Neuestadt boy as Karyl
Natural Ranger ナチュレンジャー	go everywhere on the World Map trigger a skit in any city
Quiz Kenkyuukai Coach クイズ研究会コーチ	equip Philia Felice with the Ganso Zatsugaku-ou (元祖雑学王?) title equip Garr Kelvin with the Honke Zatsugaku-ou (本家雑学王?) title talk to Kratos Aurion at Harmentz answer all quiz questions correctly
Shimaguni Daihyou 島国代表	after meeting up with Rutee Katrea again, talk to the man in Darilsheid's castle prison
Shittori Sukebe しっとりスケベ	go through the Hot Spring twice: once choosing men and the other women
Kaigai Tenkai Shounin 海外展開商人	handle trade
Johnny HDRX ジョニーHDRX	beat Barbatos Goetia at the bottom of the hidden dungeon
