ToD PS2 - Leon Magnus: Swordian Device

Graphical Outline

This chart is an approximated visual display of the completed Swordian Device within the game, which appears more accurately as a series of concentric rings. All Device Skills of each rank require full mastery of the skills from the previous rank that are directly above them on this chart. The blank areas on the left side of this chart are extensions of the Device Skills that are listed on the far right side of the same row. Due to the circular design of the Swordian Device in the game, these skills are able to overlap into the other side to show that they also require the skills of the previous rank that appear above them before they can be unlocked.

For example, one of the Level 2 Exceed skills requires the Critical and Attack skills from Level 1 to be mastered before it can be unlocked. Similarly, the Level 3 Chaser skill requires the Mind, Stone, and Critical skills from Level 2 to be mastered before it becomes available. The Director's Cut version of the game adds new Device Skills to all Swordians, so the mastery requirements for Level 6 have been changed to fit the new additions. For example, to unlock the Level 6 Attack skill, the original version requires Level 5 Critical, Exceed, and Chaser, but the Director's Cut version requires only Level 5 Tension.
