Valuables are key items that cannot be discarded and are either catalogues of game data, essential items for the mechanics of the game, or story progression.

Books[]

Books are items that catalog game data, such as the World Map and places already visited, enemies fought, items collected, and discoveries found. The following is a list of all book items, their acquisition methods, and their uses.

  • Event: obtained by talking to man in front of equipment stores after doing a combo of at least 30 hits in battle
  • unlocks Definite Strikes and displays the list of all known enemies, their Definite Strikes, and if they were done before or not
  • gives access to Definite Strikes in the Monster Zukan

Food Sacks[]

Food Sacks are various-sized items obtained as Food Straps, which are used during and after battle. Every time a Food Strap is used, the current Food Sack's capacity increases by 2. Upon reaching certain thresholds, the Food Sack evolves, changing names and increasing its capacity further. Once the Food Sack becomes a Food Box, it only increases its capacity by 1 every time a Food Strap is used. The following is a list of all food sacks, their acquisition methods, and their uses.

Lens[]

Lens are items essential for utilizing the Re-Rise mechanic to create accessories out of ores and upgrading weapons, armor, and accessories. Additionally, they can be sold in shops for Gald. Their acquisition methods are mostly through defeating enemies and can be properly checked in the Monster Zukan page.
