Wheeling Raven (旋風鴉 Tsumujigarasu?, "Rotation Fang Raven"), also localized as Crow, is a recurring Wind-elemental strike arte in Tales series.
Arte Description and History
Hisui Hearts's version of the arte shows him leaping into the air and firing a bolt downward from his dual crossbows, the bolt conjuring a green whirlwind upon contact with the enemy that rises it into the air. Kurt Bessel's version of the air involves him jumping into the air while surrounded by a whirlwind before slamming his gun spears into the ground.
