Wrath of the Heavens (天招風縛刹 Tenshou Fuubakusatsu?, "Heaven's Beckoned Wind Binding Pillar") is a linked mystic arte used by Ludger Will Kresnik and Jude Mathis in Tales of Xillia 2.
Arte Description and History[]
Jude and Ludger launch their target into the air and follow through continuously with attacks so swift that a large, raging tornado forms around them. They then perform a diving kick side-by-side on the target, striking with such force that the tornado dissipates.
If Ludger's affinity level with Jude is at the max, the name of this mystic arte can be changed to Judgment of the Heavens (十臥・風縛刹 Juuga Fuubakusatsu?, "Crossing Bows Wind Binding Pillar") by speaking to him in Fennmont. This alternate name is explicitly derived from Ludger's brother, Julius Will Kresnik. Its localized name refers to Ludger's perception of his brother as being strict toward him due to testing him as opposed to anger. Its Japanese name shares "Juuga" (十臥?) with Julius's mystic arte, Bassaizan Juuga (祓砕斬・十臥?).
