"Yume wa Owaranai: Kobore Ochiru Toki no Shizuku" (夢は終わらない~こぼれ落ちる時の雫~?, "The Dream Will Not End ~The Spilling Drops of Time~") is the theme song used in all versions of Tales of Phantasia. The original version of the song was performed by Yukari Yoshida, composed by Toshiyuki Sekiguchi, and arranged by Hiroya Hatsushiba, with lyrics written by Shoko Fujibayashi. The song was used in both the original Super Famicom release of the game and its port on the Game Boy Advance. The song was re-recorded by Yumi Yoshida, also known as Yomi, and rearranged by Masayuki Sakamoto for use in the PlayStation remake and all versions derived from it. Both versions share the same lyrics.

Trivia[]
- As is the case with most Tales theme songs at the time, "Yume wa Owaranai" was removed from the opening sequence for the game's release in North America and Europe, replaced by the overworld theme used during the future timeline within the game. However, a small, unvoiced portion of the song can still be heard in the international releases of the game. It is barked by a musical dog in a house in the northeastern part of the city of Euclid.
